ITANAGAR, Oct 18: The recovery of many gadgets of state’s first Everester Tapi Mra and his assistant Niku Dao, missing since August 17 on a mission to scale 6890-meter Mount Khyarisatam near the McMohan line, by a family sent 13-member search and rescue team from a snow covered area above the base camp-II, is a glittering proof of total failure of state and district administrations in the catastrophe.
